Senior Consultant, Strategic Consulting

What this job involves

We are seeking creative problem solvers and big thinkers to join our growing Consulting team for workplace Strategy, design & change strategy. This role will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of workplace strategy, change management, & occupancy consulting engagements as a part of a India Consulting team which is part of APAC Consulting team at JLL.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support fulfilling clients' needs by defining, analyzing, and leading components of research activities.

Conduct and synthesize research from internal and external sources.

Contribute to clear and thoughtful recommendations and client deliverables.

Participate in internal initiatives focused on thought leadership, including white papers, surveys, and other data dashboards.

Becoming a subject matter expert in Workplace analysis (e.g. utilization analysis, space analysis, Power BI or Tableau, etc.)

Strong desire to contribute and expand in client wellbeing and ESG initiatives through workplace strategy and change management recommendations.

Support the development of client communications and change management plans.

Can readily speak to the data collected and processes used, answering client and broker questions.

Actively partners with others and seeks out those with complementary skills to their own for advice or to work on initiatives.

Travel as necessary for the projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Or 5 year Architecture degree. Or MBA or Master is Design/ Architecture, Real Estate

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

WELL, Fitwel, LEED AP designation desirable.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Strong understanding of principles of information design and display and ability to create compelling documentation and deliverable

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Working knowledge of Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud

Strong client-service oriented work ethic.

Passion for strategic and creative problem solving.

Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges.

Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
