Who are we looking for?

An experienced ETL / Data Stage Lead for one of our biggest clients in logistic domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

 

Technical Skills:

 10+ years of experience in ETL (prefer experience with IBM DataStage), SQL, UNIX/Linux and various programming languages like Python, orchestration tools and processes or other directly related experience.

 Experience with IBM Data Stage, Netezza, and Linux scripting.

 Extensive experience in data migration, data analysis, data transformations, conversion, interface, large volume data loading (ETL techniques), database modeling, and performance SQL tuning.  

 Significant experience in leveraging database tools to develop DDL scripts, stored procedures, and functions to create and alter database objects.

 Have a good understanding of entity-relational database design, including data normalization and ERD modeling.

 Experience working with Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, and delimited text files would be helpful.

 Responsible for maintaining enterprise-grade platforms that enable data-driven solutions.

 

Leadership Skills :

 Have good team building capabilities. Able to lead the team and foster teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

 Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

 Must be able to interpret, validate and map business requirements to an appropriate solution.

 Would be the single point of contact for Client SMEs.

 Collaborate and effectively guide the team for quality delivery within time.

 Ability to elicit, gather and analyze user requirements and effective estimation.

 Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.

 Good judgment and project management skills. Able to meet deadlines.

 Good communication skills – both oral and written.  

 

Behavioral Skills :

 Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly.

 Ability to adapt to changing technology and priorities.

 Ability to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills.

 

Qualification:

 Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience in software development.

 Education qualification: B-Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

Meraki Supply Chain Operations team is seeking a motivated and expert individual to provide New Product Program Manager (NPPM) support. Your responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate Bill of Materials and track changes for a specific product or group of products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL). As a New Product Program Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Supply chain, Quality & JDMs to ensure accurate completion of activities for NPI and sustaining products. High Level Responsibilities: Manage end to end Product Life cycle management starting from Project initiation, Launch, sustaining & End of life Creation of NPI projects & tasks in PLM tool, assigning owners & tracking the status of activities Coordinating with Product Management, Engineering & Product Operations for Hardware products release Comprehensive analysis and mitigation of business and technical risks for Product Operations and Engineering.
