We are now Hiring for “Supply Chain – Business Operations Analyst” role at Chennai location.

The Primary role will be to own end-2-end partner payment reconciliation process, S4 Purchasing Info Record Management, CCS Cost loading / management, Purchase Order creations and management, and generating reporting and offering insights.

Selected candidate must act as a trusted team member providing meaningful business insights based on analysis of various supply chain and finance data / information. Selected candidate should also support key Supply Chain Improvement projects for CS Services Supply Chain and work across diverse and varied supply chains models / teams / regions with limited direction / inputs.  He / she must exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate solution / action. The selected candidate also must follow established guidelines, interprets policies, evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.  

 

If you are our Business Operations Analyst you will have a chance to

 

  • Manage and execute end-2-end partner payment reconciliation process, perform various analysis, and offer insights.
  • Perform Purchasing Info Record management in SAP S/4 HANA and generate reports on a periodic basis.
  • Perform CCS cost loading for various new buys, repair buys and trade purchases and generate reports on a periodic basis.
  • Create Purchase orders in SAP S/4 HANA for partner related purchases and manage them end-to-end.
  • Produce reports using various IT systems / tools and analyze data to develop trends for various activities; articulate findings to management, position their impacts.
  • Collaborate with regional and global business teams and finance teams.
  • Su[port various regional and global projects within established guidelines.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with

 

  • First level university degree (Engineering or Finance preferred)
  • 6-8 years of experience in supply chain function with strong understanding of partner payment reconciliation, procurement, inventory management and all the procurement related master data including Purchasing Information Record (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Basic level of  SQL / Ms-Access skills is a must
  • Advance level of Ms Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very strong Analytical and Reporting skills
  • Vocal in challenging “business as usual operating models” and recommending innovative processes / solutions for services supply chain domain
  • Conversant with Project Management skills to support cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to interact effectively through exceptional communication and possess presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Very strong influencing skills combined with proven relationship management skills who can work in matrix environment.
  • Customer Support and Services Supply Chain knowledge will be a plus.
