Roles and Responsibilities

•Lead, motivate and build strong trust-based relationships with  Terminal Sales, Operations and Solution consultant team,

•Meeting Order, Revenue, Op. Income and Cash targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for Terminal Product Line.

•Driving sales efficiency and discipline in sales team

•Drive monthly reporting, linearity in orders, revenue and payments disciplines.

•Identifying gaps in the current coverage and expand existing resources as well as appoint new resources to meet the strategic operational plans

•Drive the Service Sales and customer satisfaction.

•Assemble a high-performance regional team, coach and develop talents for larger roles in PMC and for Honeywell

•Customer Focused: Drives customer acquisition, development , experience and retention.  

•Address new business opportunities with appropriate business  and talent strategy and organizational structures

•Demonstrate good people management skills and lead a high performing culture.

EDUCATION

•Should have minimum Engineering graduation in Electronics /Instrumentation

•Thinks and acts strategically , experience in implementing strategic business plans.

•Strong communicator with ability to influence and drive actions, collaborative management style

•Honesty and integrity in all dealings is a must
