Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a passion for innovation and driving results to join our team as the Global Product Owner for our HR Chatbot and Case Submission Portal. As the Global Product Owner, you will lead the implementation, development, and support for the country in scope of the HR Chatbot and Case Submission Portal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the success of the product.
You’ll make a difference by:
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HR Chatbot and Case Submission Portal in the country in scope.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and define the product roadmap.
· Develop and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
· Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the product meets business requirements and user needs.
· Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
· Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive.
Your success is grounded in:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field
· Experience in IBM Watson functional side is preferred and added advantage
· 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR technology, systems, or operations
· Experience leading the implementation and development of HR technology products, such as chatbots or case submission portals.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
· Passion for innovation and driving results.
· Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
