 Customer Experience Architect (CXA) Job Description – BSA team India

A successful Customer Experience Architect acts as an SME for the suite of Adobe experience cloud products and services. They enjoy designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. An individual filling this role will work closely with the sales counterparts to influence and accelerate large sales opportunities, globally. Provides thought leadership and consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation. This individual will act as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders to align the right delivery strategy, estimates, and timelines to service client requirements. 

 

Job Description

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel
  • Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design, engagement & execution approach, timelines , estimates.
  • Lead deep discovery sessions with clients to understand their key business needs, implementation use cases and technical requirements. Communicate confidently and pro-actively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales cycle.
  • Problem solve, build strategies and create innovative solution architectures uniquely tailored to customer objectives. Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements.
  • Help customers understand Adobe’s diverse capabilities to drive transformation
  • Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team’s knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Identify business problems and tie your proposed solutions to measurable success criteria
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
  • Trusted colleague who can collaborate with multiple team members to arrive at the best solution
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines

 

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical/ business / services pre-sales consulting, working as a solution architect with multiple Adobe Experience cloud products or leading DXPs.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences
  • Understanding of the Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with relevant Digital strategies and technologies ,  In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, CDP, Ecommerce, DAM, Mobile strategies, Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web Social Analytics, Marketing Automation, Online Ad targeting, Content Personalization etc.)
  • Drive pre-sales activities to position successful delivery of customer solutions and accelerate sales pipeline. Orchestrate actions across product and delivery groups for seamless project execution.
  • Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritise client requirements and required Capabilities. Ability to ask hard questions during workshops and suggest best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processes
  • Proven ability to design and optimise business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask

3.Desirable but not essential

  • Experience/Certification with Adobe experience cloud products
  • Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies  Experience as Consulting Manager or Senior Manager in a large consulting organization  Has experience that spans across delivery roles as well as contributions in the pre-sales domain.
