Responsibilities

  • Perform accessibility evaluations of web applications.
  • Document findings clearly and contribute actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
  • Support accessibility reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the team's accessibility training materials, tooling, and standards.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in web accessibility and front-end engineering
  • Foundational knowledge and experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.x guidelines and WAI-ARIA specifications
  • Experience with testing with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, JAWS, or NVDA
  • Ability to identify and contribute accessible code fixes using web technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience
