Autoliv is seeking a Warehouse Lead Specialist to lead European warehousing projects, optimize supply chain flows, and identify cost-saving opportunities. This full-time, hybrid role involves leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with plants and suppliers to ensure successful project implementation and lean material flow. Fluency in English and project management experience are required.

Responsibilities

  • Leading European Warehousing projects in terms of consolidation, elimination and new warehouse activities within Autoliv EMEA
  • Optimizing Warehousing flows for a leaner supply chain and identifying cost saving opportunities
  • Building business cases, timing plans and leading the changes until implementation with close follow up with cross functional team
  • Providing inputs in terms of Warehousing activities for new coming projects
  • Leading cross-functional teams for Warehousing projects, following up scope of work, timing and cost to ensure successful completion of the project
  • Working directly with Autoliv Manufacturing Plants, Purchasing, and Logistic Suppliers
  • Interacting with Autoliv Plants, to identify lean material flow and storage
  • Main responsibility is timekeeping, moderating cross functional collaboration, managing projects deliverables
  • Identifying new cost saving flows to reach leaner Supply Chain for Autoliv EMEA
  • Ensuring learning points to be implemented through Autoliv EMEA Warehousing
