Responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Support team by developing and implementing automation solutions and supporting faster response times.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and test new tools.
- Streamline processes in Spare Parts databases.
- Improve response times.
- Perform engineering tasks supporting the Process Engineering team in quoting, designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining process systems in the liquid dairy, beverage, and food industry.
- Support with Block Diagrams, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Equipment sizing and selection, quotations, skid design and inspection.
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting.
- Execute startup and commissioning of systems/modules.
- Work with teams within the North America and South America market areas.
- Support projects and learn about Tetra Pak tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor studies in relevant majors (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computational Linguistics, Business Analytics, Business Information Technology, Supply Chain Management for Parts Support; Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science for Process Engineering), coursing your two (2) last years of university/college.
- Availability to work full-time during summer.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Knime, Salesforce or Power Automate (for Parts Support Analyst).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar Process solution software (for Process Engineer Intern).
- Good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated.
