Responsibilities
- Perform duties on assembly lines and operate a Powered Industrial Truck for plant-wide support.
- Test and repair ranges, train new associates on job tasks, and assist with quality issue follow-up.
- Troubleshoot functional defects and backfill for associates repairing workmanship errors or absent.
- Provide plant-wide support as needed.
Requirements
- Clear and concise communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work directly with insulation.
- Proficiency in using air tools and hand tools necessary for the position.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must achieve EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must achieve EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months of hire.
- Interview required.
Desired Qualifications
- Able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis.
- Able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
- Able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending.
- Able to spend long periods of time on your feet.
