Responsibilities
- Support project managers with administrative activities throughout different stages of project execution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and tracking tools.
- Support control activities and updates of project-related information.
- Collaborate in the follow-up of tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation from the quotation phase through project delivery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to departmental processes and tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Advanced English.
- Interest in project management, technical services, or project execution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027.
- Graduation expected: December 2027 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
