Responsibilities
- Drive new and used trucks sales and commercial performance
- Deliver business plan objectives and truck sales targets
- Grow market share and profitability
- Develop sales, products, and customer strategies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead the sales process from opportunity to closing
- Set and execute pricing and promotional actions
- Ensure accurate forecasting and effective sales follow-up
- Support customer satisfaction, including aftermarket collaboration
- Strengthening Volvo Trucks’ brand presence in the markets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team
- Work closely with Aftermarket, Finance, Administration, and VFS (Volvo Financial Services)
Requirements
- University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in truck or B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in leading and coaching teams to deliver results and support change
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning skills
- Business mindset with good customer focus and analytical ability
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and motivate others
- Proficiency in Latvian, English and Russian
- Valid driving license
