We are seeking a Trouble Shooter to join our Radio Repair Center. Your role will involve investigating and repairing defective radio units, performing functional tests, and ensuring qualified products are released back to production. A strong background in electronics and structured troubleshooting is essential.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot defective Radio units and modules.
- Analyze symptoms, identify fault causes, and determine repair actions.
- Perform hardware repair, rework, verification testing, and final inspection.
- Use electronic measurement instruments and test equipment.
- Record troubleshooting results, repair actions, and test results.
- Escalate recurring or complex issues.
- Provide feedback on product quality and repair findings.
- Follow work instructions, ESD controls, and safety requirements.
- Maintain tools, instruments, and work areas.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support training and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- College degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Wireless Communication, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Solid foundation in electronic and electrical principles.
- Ability to read and understand circuit-related information and technical documentation.
- Relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, product repair, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical environment.
- Practical ability to use electronic measurement instruments and test equipment.
- Ability to follow technical work instructions precisely.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, and a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
- English reading and writing skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience with Radio Access Network (RAN) products, telecom equipment, or other electronic and electrical equipment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of communication technologies and Radio product concepts is preferred.
