Responsibilities
- Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
- Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations) and during the lifecycle of freight leaving the FC and reaching customer premises (Outbound Operations).
- Provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions.
- Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
- Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12-24 months of work experience.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of Logistics.
- Clear communication in written and oral form.
