Responsibilities
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned territory and region.
- Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning.
- Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
- Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel.
- Ensure completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
- Partner with operations leaders to conduct station audits and fix process compliance gaps.
- Identify and certify learning coaches.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
- Conduct Chime sessions & Classroom sessions to stakeholders.
- Track daily business metrics and plan station visits for metric improvement.
- Handle daily reporting and progress updates.
- Engage with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities.
Requirements
- Experience with written and verbal communication.
- Experience with presentation skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
