This role drives pre-sales activities for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) security solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals. The manager leads complex operations, offering expertise in security solution design, proposal development, and process optimization to foster innovation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of security pre-sales solutions using Security Pre-sales and GRC frameworks.
  • Utilize security risk assessment tools and GRC platforms to analyze client environments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of security solution proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Drive process improvements in pre-sales operations through best practices in security solution design and workflow automation.
  • Mentor and guide pre-sales consultants and product management teams on security standards and compliance.
  • Engage with internal teams to promote innovation in security pre-sales offerings.
  • Ensure effective communication of project goals and solution benefits to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Security Technologies, GRC Platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC), and Security Operations Processes.
  • Advanced skills in developing and presenting security solution proposals, including technical documentation and executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive high-impact initiatives and mentor teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in security and GRC operations.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - optional but valuable.
  • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) - optional but valuable.
