Track Manager - Access Governance

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading access governance operations for large-scale and complex environments, ensuring robust identity and access management processes, driving continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality service in alignment with organizational and client objectives. The individual will champion operational excellence, oversee compliance with security policies, and foster innovation to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead access governance operations using IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Oracle Identity Manager, ensuring effective access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
2. Drive process improvements in access governance workflows by analyzing operational data with tools like ServiceNow and Splunk, implementing automation and reporting enhancements to optimize efficiency and compliance.
3. Oversee resolution of complex access-related incidents and escalations, leveraging advanced troubleshooting skills and coordinating with security tools to mitigate risks and maintain service quality.
4. Mentor and empower the access governance team by providing expert guidance on best practices in role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR.
5. Engage with clients to understand evolving access governance requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensuring delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
6. Champion innovation in access governance by introducing new tools, automation scripts, and methodologies to elevate security standards and operational performance.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Understanding Of Rbac, Sod, And Regulatory Compliance Frameworks (Sox, Gdpr, Hipaa).
2. Advanced Skills In Operational Process Optimization, Workflow Automation, And Management Reporting Using Tools Like Servicenow, Splunk, Or Power Bi.
3. Excellent ProblemSolving, Mentorship, And Stakeholder Management Abilities In HighComplexity Environments.
4. Solid Knowledge Of Security Auditing, Access Certification Campaigns, And Incident Management Processes.

Other Requirements

1. Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
