The Track Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for managing operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role ensures the support team meets client SLAs by leveraging AWS services, Terraform, and Python for automation and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance operational systems using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to improve management reporting and information flow.
  • Analyze client requirements and leverage AWS services to meet and exceed client expectations in service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the project team using Ansible and Python for automation.
  • Drive innovation by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform.
  • Develop and implement solutions with AWS PaaS that align with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Services and PaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible and scripting in Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and operational management capabilities.

Desired Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (Optional but valuable).
  • HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but valuable).
