Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic customer relationships to drive aftermarket parts sales and OEM parts penetration.
  • Create strategic sales plans to expand aftermarket revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Partner with dealer parts and service teams to ensure program execution and customer support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop aftermarket programs to support customer uptime and long-term parts revenue.
  • Analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings and support national account growth.
  • Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts sales, aftermarket sales, sales management, or account management.
  • Experience working with dealer networks, fleet customers, OEM parts programs, industrial equipment, transportation, or power generation.
  • Strong working knowledge of parts channel management and aftermarket distribution is preferred.
  • Regular day-to-day experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and familiarity with database or sales performance tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Bilingual (English plus Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
