Responsibilities
- Execute daily maintenance tasks assigned by the repair team.
- Responsible for cleaning, disassembling, and inspecting the electrical parts of the maintenance equipment.
- Identify problems found during disassembly and report them for discussion and repair plan formulation.
- Responsible for counting and inspecting new parts for the repaired components.
- Repair and assemble equipment strictly according to equipment technical manuals and technicians' requirements.
- Strictly comply with the company's EHS regulations, wearing work clothes, work shoes, and other necessary safety protective equipment in the workplace.
- Strictly implement workshop "5S" management requirements, keeping the maintenance workstation environment safe and tidy.
- Comply with company on-site service regulations.
Requirements
- Master basic knowledge of electrical and electronic technology.
- Possess basic knowledge of electrical installation and wiring, basic electronic circuit adjustment and maintenance, and relay control circuit adjustment and maintenance.
- Master the adjustment and maintenance of automatic control circuits.
- Good physical health and strong hands-on ability.
- Strong team spirit and willingness to engage in equipment maintenance.
- High EHS awareness.
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Mechatronics, engineering machinery, or electrical majors are preferred.
- Having a foundation in English is also preferred.
