As a Technical Delivery Lead in Svedala, Sweden, you will ensure structure, coordination, and progress within the cross-functional development organization. You will work closely with Product Management and development teams to achieve predictable delivery outcomes by managing risks, dependencies, and decisions proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain visibility of open questions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and delivery status across relevant feature teams.
  • Ensure cross-team topics are documented, visible, and followed up using action logs, backlogs, or decision logs.
  • Facilitate stand-ups, coordination meetings, and delivery forums.
  • Support Product Managers in translating business needs into clear requirements, scope, and decision points.
  • Identify, manage, and follow up on dependencies between teams while driving alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of how software products are developed and delivered.
  • Background from software development, technical product development, engineering coordination, or a similar environment.
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics and understanding their impact on delivery.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and areas requiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
