We are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer with expertise in Ericsson IN Charging Systems to support telecom operations, ICP upgrades, and system audits. This role involves performing integration, configuration, and O&M activities on Ericsson Charging System nodes, working with RedHat Linux, and applying knowledge of IN protocols like INAP, CAMEL, and Diameter.
Responsibilities
- Perform integration, configuration, and O&M activities on Ericsson Charging System nodes.
- Work with RedHat Linux, RHEL/UNIX commands, Databases, Shell Scripting, and networking fundamentals.
- Execute ICP updates and CR-based configuration changes on CS nodes (SDP, CCN, OCC, AIR).
- Apply knowledge of IN protocols — INAP, CAMEL, and Diameter.
- Support network/technology evolution from an IN and converged network perspective.
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
- Total Experience: 7 – 10 years
- Mandatory: 3 – 4 years in Ericsson IN Charging Systems
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Pragmatic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed and deliver end-to-end ownership
- Thorough knowledge of Ericsson Charging System and telecom fundamentals
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and stretch when required
