Responsibilities
- Drive overall performance in financial result, capital efficiency, and governance.
- Lead, develop, and manage the entity's financial function (accounting, reporting, cost management, cash management, controlling).
- Provide specialist advice to senior managers to enable implementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives.
- Undertake strategic and tactical financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation.
- Manage and report on performance, setting objectives for direct reports.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy for key responsibility areas.
- Evaluate staff capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize development activities.
- Coach and mentor others to support talent development.
- Change business processes, culture, and behavior to be more inclusive.
- Lead the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Manage risk management and/or risk control processes.

Requirements
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level 7
- Experience in financial result, capital efficiency, and governance.
- Experience in general accounting and reporting, cost management, cash management, and controlling.
- Experience in business services, IT, procurement is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Experience in performance management and objective setting.
- Experience in strategy formation and implementation.
- Experience in organizational capability building and staff development.
- Experience in managing risk management and control processes.
- Experience in financial management and control processes.
- Experience in budget management.
