Role Summary
Provide administrative and operational support across Talent and Learning functions, with a focus on learning and development (L&D) programs execution, enabling smooth delivery of key HR initiatives during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities
Learning administration & reporting in Learning Link (training history, budget processing)
Logistics/coordination for ATEx & NSLF events and ad‑hoc enablement sessions
Data maintenance for skill matrix/dashboard and onboarding checklist follow‑up
Documentation/support tasks (procedures, system updates, communications)
Requirements
- 3+ year experience in Talent and Learning Development
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information
