RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate with suppliers, manage product portfolios, and evaluate development risks. This role involves creating build plans, purchase orders, and tracking product progress. A Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain, along with 2+ years of relevant experience, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers on multiple programs to identify needs for product demand.
  • Issue build plans and purchase orders based on NPI product demand and assess material risks.
  • Track Work In Progress (WIP) progress, ensure proper documentation and delivery with the supply chain, and communicate program status updates.
  • Provide NPI forecasts to Capacity planning teams monthly and work to resolve constraints and prioritize WIP.
  • Collaborate with other functions to execute projects and process enhancements for the RFFE NPI process.
  • Identify and support resolution of demand discrepancies.
  • Ensure System data is updated and accurate for critical reports.
  • Maintain flow of critical documentation to the supply chain and ensure its accuracy.
  • Track progress and execution of supply deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate schedules and task assignments by following proper project timelines and working collaboratively with PMs and OPMs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience.
  • Experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle.
  • Experience with Tableau; Power BI, SQL is a plus.
