Responsibilities
- Contact and source of Supplier Quality information.
- Ensure good relationships with peers, team members, and plant SQ.
- Facilitate collaboration with R&D, Quality, Plant SQ, and Procurement for projects.
- Support R&D for part approval with supplier cross-plants, process knowledge, and feedback.
- Establish plans for Supplier readiness to SOP, focusing on Prevention, PFMEA, PCP, PPAP documentation.
- Conduct pre-production activities before Sourcing Board decisions.
- Create and follow up on Supplier action lists and Audit plans.
- Execute Process audits and follow-up based on project, Sourcing Board, or audit requests.
- Ensure support for Quality Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement with Quality for assigned projects.
- Provide cross-plant and cross-PL support for prevention and minimize firefighting.
- Lead and drive Supplier Quality improvements.
- Support Suppliers Development team in their actions.
- Create clear reporting on targets, status, and next steps.
- Escalate Q problems to direct manager if no progress or willingness from supplier.
Requirements
- Ability to deal with other functions, peers, and top management.
- Ability to coordinate, set goals, and prioritize multiple project activities while meeting timelines.
- Operational experience in parts qualification flow, product launch (SOP), lead time drivers, material flow, and planning.
- Expertise in components manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies: FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5S, PDCA.
- Understanding of SCR (Service Calls Rate) and PPM impact in an industrial environment.
- Experience in guiding suppliers through requirements, expectations, technical documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Knowledge of main international Quality Standards (e.g., ISO 9000, IATF 16949).

- Willingness to travel frequently within Region and occasionally overseas.
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering or Technical bachelor degree is preferred.
- 2nd or 3rd party Auditor qualification is additional and preferential.
- Experience in Home Appliances or Automotive industry is preferential.
