In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leadership Reporting and Analysis:
Support planning, tracking, and execution of global logistics reporting and KPIs, including strategic initiatives, recurring logistics performance updates, and inflation guidance
Translate large datasets into executive level summaries, actionable insights, and cost reduction opportunities
Own workstreams and partner with cross functional stakeholders, including Sourcing/Mode Team, IT, and Business Units to ensure accountability and timely reporting of results
Coordinate and drive ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.
Dashboard and System Expertise:
Serve as a Pro User for our Transportation Management System and dashboard reporting tools, including training and supporting end users
Develop dashboards supporting logistics performance and leadership reporting
Partner with IT and drive standardization of reporting tools and data governance across the organization
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, scalability, and data integrity/gap analysis
Communication and Documentation:
Maintain clear and standardized documentation of key processes, reporting and analytics tools, and data elements.
Proactively communicate changes and support cross-functional alignment on reporting and data sources
Prepare structured communication outputs including Word memos, PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
Act as a central point of coordination for reporting-related communication across logistics and finance stakeholders

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, systems, or analytics‑focused roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs across global teams and time zones.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and summarizing key insights for leadership
- Advanced Excel experience including modeling, data manipulation, and automation (e.g., Power Query)
- Analytics and data visualization experience using platforms such as Oracle, Power BI, or other SQL-based tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with structured project management approach
- High attention to detail with strong ownership of accuracy, timelines, and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
