- Source potential new suppliers by evaluating their capabilities.
- Lead negotiations for the renewal of supply agreements.
- Work on cost-saving and availability projects through market benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality Assurance engineers to enhance supplier quality.
- Evaluate logistical performance to safeguard on-time deliveries.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or business, or relevant experience in supply chain management.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about new innovations and technology.
- Ability to take the lead when necessary.
- Open and confident communication with respect for stakeholders.
- Comfortable expressing point of view and collaborating with different stakeholders.
