Responsibilities

  • Manage engagement cadence, meeting preparation, and follow-up communications for the SpaceX account.
  • Maintain account plans, opportunity trackers, stakeholder maps, decision logs, and action registers.
  • Coordinate working-level interactions with SpaceX counterparts and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
  • Track opportunity maturity, next steps, dependencies, risks, and milestones across active SpaceX workstreams.
  • Monitor developments in SpaceX, Starlink, xAI, satellite connectivity, direct-to-device, and AI infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Sales, Business Development or related work experience, OR Associate's degree and 7+ years of Sales, Business Development or related work experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Sales, Business Development or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, business development, strategic accounts, sales operations, program management, product operations, or related technology roles.
  • Experience supporting complex strategic accounts, external engagements, executive meetings, cross-functional programs, or technical partnership workstreams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience building account plans, opportunity trackers, dashboards, meeting materials, action logs, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Comfort engaging with external counterparts and representing account priorities professionally.
  • Working knowledge of connectivity, mobile devices, semiconductor platforms, satellite communications, direct-to-device, NTN, AI infrastructure, or edge AI is preferred.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments, maintain accountability, and drive timely follow-through across distributed teams.
