Responsibilities
- Steer strategy and execute capabilities for AI-enabled proactive network monitoring and automated remediation.
- Define and evolve the embedded AI assistant for customer analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI natively into the NetCloud UI for improved workflows and insights.
- Lead the roadmap for agentic capabilities that perform multi-step actions on behalf of users.
- Steer the strategy for AI extensibility via Model Context Protocol (MCP) and open APIs.
- Serve as an AI product authority, aligning stakeholders and representing the AI roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on AI, ML, or data-driven products in a B2B or enterprise SaaS context.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas, cast vision, and manage priorities.
- Ability to be proactive in identifying needs, defining requirements, and driving alignment.
- People smart, sensitive to relational nuances, and socially engaging.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, MLOps) and ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs.
- Experience shipping AI features in production, defining evaluation frameworks, managing model/feature quality, and handling failure modes.
- Strong design sense to determine AI capability readiness for customer use.
- Analytical mindset with experience using product and usage data to drive decisions; comfort with experimentation and rapid iteration.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise wireless is a plus.
- Background in developer platforms, APIs, or ecosystem/partner strategy is a bonus.
