Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for AWIPL, Amazon's 1P retail entity for B2B in India. This is a zero-to-one role where you will define product needs, work with stakeholders for prioritization, write BRDs/PRFAQs, and own end-to-end delivery. You will serve distinct B2B customer segments (SSR and CPS) and leverage AI/automation to drive predictive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the AWIPL product roadmap across tools parity and scalable growth capabilities.
- Write PRFAQs, BRDs, and technical intake documents to secure engineering capacity from partner teams.
- Drive delivery of in-flight initiatives and define/execute the 3YF product vision.
- Leverage AI and automation for predictive decision-making and workflow automation.
- Communicate strategy, progress, and blockers to senior leaders weekly.
- Align partner team leadership to prioritize AWIPL's roadmap asks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end to end product delivery.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in e-commerce / retail / supply chain / financial services business.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
