Your Role

Manage business planning, reporting and analysis process to ensure the planning and management reporting are accurate, timely and efficiently;

Facilitate process enhancement and continuous internal control improvement etc. for the company.

This position will require solid strategic planning skills, project management skills and influencing skills.

You will be interacting closely with various departments, business owners, and other finance and accounting functions to provide overall management reporting and analysis within the company.

A Typical Day

Planning and Analysis:
Prepare Weekly Performance reporting (“WB” reporting)
Prepare Monthly Country Business Call (“CBC”) slides, plus pre-closing P/L
BU related tasks: Annual BU, quarterly updates
Business Case Analysis on ad-hoc basis
Internal Control:
Risk and Expense control
Project-base problem solving

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree and above
Over 5-year experience in Finance; 4 big accounting firm experience is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skill
Fluent in English and Chinese is compulsory.
