Responsibilities
- Develop and own analytics frameworks to measure software business performance.
- Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and business risks through advanced analytics.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing analytics team.
- Explore business drivers, evaluate outcomes, and use data to assess the impact of decisions.
- Drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics solutions for forecasting and insight automation.
- Own executive reporting, dashboard development, and KPI frameworks.
- Build a deep understanding of software business operations and data ecosystems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor proposing innovative analytical approaches.
- Partner with Software Operations, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Sales, Finance, IT, and Global Analytics teams.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with analytics leaders to develop enterprise data products.
- Support and influence key business decisions with timely, accurate analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience leading analytics, business operations, software business performance, product management, business development, or related functions.
- Experience building, leading, coaching, and developing analytics teams.
- Strong expertise in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams and influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Flexibility to collaborate effectively across global regions and time zones.
- Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to increase productivity and support decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting software, SaaS, subscription, licensing, or technology-focused business models.
- Knowledge of modern data platforms and analytical technologies such as Snowflake, DBT, Qubole, Hive, Spark, Presto, Python, or R.
- Experience implementing reporting automation, data governance frameworks, and metric standardization initiatives.
- Familiarity with forecasting models, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled business intelligence solutions.
- Experience partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Technology functions in a global organization.
- Track record of driving organizational adoption of data-driven decision-making practices.
