Responsibilities

- Organize and lead leadership workshops for joint business plans.
- Conceptualize and pitch new strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and partnership opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements.
- Experience leading cross-functional groups to complete deals.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- 8+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
- MBA.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to write compelling documents.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people internally and externally.

- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations.
- Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Experience negotiating complex agreements with a firm understanding of legal terminology and reasoning.
