Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely execution of strategic and operational sourcing tasks.
  • Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes with key stakeholder involvement.
  • Support successful delivery of sourcing project outcomes through systematic processes.
  • Lead and support peers, providing guidance on sourcing processes and activities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, processes, and analysis techniques.
  • Conduct and implement contract management for assigned contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing of goods and services.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of contracts or contract law.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or progressing towards qualification in a related field (supply chain, engineering, finance, management) is desirable.
  • Demonstrated strategic sourcing experience is desirable.
  • High level of effective communication with management and staff at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Internal Stakeholder development.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and respond quickly to requests.
  • Professionalism, honesty & integrity.
