Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate team priorities that support broader organizational goals.
  • Establish clear expectations, provide feedback, and coach individuals.
  • Develop the technical direction and roadmap within the team's scope.
  • Design, guide, and vet systems designs, solving ambiguous problems.
  • Manage and deliver the entire lifecycle of projects from planning to launch.
  • Lead the incentives workstream and enhance existing systems within GCBP.
  • Adopt an AI-first approach and solve complex, cross-functional business problems.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product Managers, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience with full stack development (back-end: Java, Python, Golang, C++; front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Desired Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience building and developing scaled infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage (spanner, bigquery).
  • 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing or launching software products.
  • Experience building products using GenAI/Large Language Models (LLMs).
