Responsibilities

  • Drive the development, provision, and operation of digital products and services using new and existing technology and agile delivery methods.
  • Build, integrate, and use software to solve complex problems.
  • Work with modern & efficient human resource technology, leading the group’s digital agenda in sub-domains involving Talent, Total Rewards, People Management and People Planning.
  • Build smart, automatically tested, and well-functioning systems.
  • Work with a large landscape of domains and subdomains.
  • Understand how to reach out to people and reach consent.
  • Manage a backlog, prioritizing value delivery.
  • Work with legacy monoliths and transform them to an event-driven cloud architecture.
  • Ensure scalability for both performance and cost.
  • Develop and maintain order management systems, handling creation, execution, release, and deviation of orders.
  • Collaborate with remote teams in hubs in Malmo & Helsingborg, Sweden.
  • Work in driven, empowered agile teams that understand priorities and how to come to agreements with other teams and domains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Java/Kotlin or similar programming language experience writing well-designed, efficient code
  • Cloud experience, GCP preferred, Alibaba Cloud is also of interest
  • Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies using modern DevOps practices
  • Spring Boot microservices and API management
  • Event-driven architecture using tools like Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.
  • Experience with a modern, fully automated development and deployment process
  • In-depth understanding of design patterns with strong technical aptitude
  • NoSQL and relational database technologies
  • Logging, alerting, tracing, and debugging in the cloud
  • Security concepts especially around the cloud
  • Ability to work with remote teams based in Sweden.
