In short

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure, including Prisma Access, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. The role focuses on incident handling, troubleshooting, configuration support, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Handle critical incidents and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot user access issues (VPN, proxy, SASE platforms), application/website access issues, DNS, latency, and connectivity problems.
  • Analyze logs using Panorama and Zscaler dashboards.
  • Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark/tcpdump.
  • Provide operational support for Prisma Access and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
  • Troubleshoot GlobalProtect VPN, Zscaler Client Connector issues, tunnel status and failures, and authentication/SSO issues.
  • Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs: security policies, NAT rules, URL filtering policies.
  • Support App-ID, User-ID based policies, and SSL Decryption troubleshooting.
  • Monitor firewall health and logs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Prisma Access.
  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Strong understanding of VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN).
  • Strong understanding of Proxy concepts (PAC file, explicit proxy).
  • Experience in log analysis.
  • Experience in policy-based troubleshooting.
  • Experience in user access issue resolution.
