Job Summary

IFB is looking to onboard senior Solution Architects who can drive end-to-end program governance across the following areas:
• Conduct assessment of existing DC and DR infrastructure, application dependencies, resiliency posture, and recovery requirements.
• Lead DC transformation and migration initiatives from existing Sify colocation to another DC in Bengaluru location only and DR to Cloud.
• Develop and design migration strategy with high availability architecture, DC/DR framework, and phased transformation roadmap.
• Prepare architecture and migration documents including HLD, LLD, migration runbooks, cutover plans, rollback strategy, and governance trackers.
• Owning end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, milestone tracking, and risk management across transformation programs.
• Drive implementation strategy, execution planning, migration activities, DC/DR testing, and operational transition.
• Identify and coordinate with Data center providers, cloud providers, OEMs, system integrators, and implementation partners.
• Define cloud architecture for high availability, business continuity, backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience.
• Implement and support cloud security controls, identity management, and network connectivity architecture with network segregation.
• Preparing executive governance reports, transformation dashboards, and roadmap presentations for steering committee and leadership reviews.
