Responsibilities
- Advise on long- and short-term site acquisition strategies across markets, regions, and disciplines.
- Provide level-of-effort estimates during pre-sales and early project phases to support budget development.
- Lead weekly deployment calls and deliver detailed site status reports to customers and project management.
- Manage leasing, landlord consent, zoning, and permitting activities end-to-end.
- Oversee A&E firms in producing lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings.
- Obtain regulatory approvals (NEPA, SHPO, Phase 1, etc.) and manage the Notice to Proceed process.
- Identify project risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
- Assess service provider performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in applicable databases and ensure quality audit compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition.
- Proven track record managing diverse site acquisition deployments.
- Extensive experience with MLA partners and tower companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract language review.
- Deep knowledge of real estate practices, telecommunications construction processes, and LTE network design fundamentals.
- Experience managing budgets with profit and loss responsibility.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Desired Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree, PMP Certification, Real Estate License, or Ericsson Ways of Working experience a plus.
