Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Technician in Bulgaria (Varna, Shumen, Targoviste, Razgrad) to provide skilled on-site service, repair, and maintenance for industrial equipment. The role requires 2-3 years of experience, technical education, Bulgarian native speaker with good English, and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and accurately document activities.
  • Act as the on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in planning, spare parts coordination, and remote technical support.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
  • Technical education (Mechanical or Electrical studies) or significant technical experience in industrial machinery.
  • Native speaker of Bulgarian, with good command of English.
  • Hands-on mindset with an affinity for working with machines, eager to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning new systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
