Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

You will

  • Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets. 
  • Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 
  • Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues. 
  • Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
  • Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

You have 2 to 4 years of experience, working at commercial teams. 

  • Knowledge of technical sales.
  • Use of CRM (Salesforce, C4C, or similar).
  • Knowlege of compressed air applications. 
  • Intermediate english.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices of San Luis Potosí/Tlalnepantla. 

You will be in charge of Querétaro for prospecting new clients and maintenance of current ones.
