Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy by translating customer needs into scalable capabilities, tools, and processes.
  • Partner closely with customers and sales teams to gather signals, lead requirements workshops, and advise on solution design and deployment.
  • Synthesize customer and market insights to drive clear prioritization decisions, ensuring strong return on investment and alignment with Microsoft’s strategy.
  • Mature the cloud architecture, identify opportunities for design optimization, and ensure the cloud is positioned to scale.
  • Establish and maintain regular communications about the status of the cloud and upcoming developments.
  • Conduct insightful conversations with senior business and technical decision makers inside and outside Microsoft.
  • Pull stakeholders together to align on a shared vision and work effectively across broad teams.
  • Lead cultural initiatives, having a positive impact on team morale and fostering an environment of inclusion.
  • Embody Microsoft's culture and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years people management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software development and/or product management with a strong track record of shipping products and services.
  • Executive presence demonstrated deep engagement with senior level customers and decision makers.
  • Deep understanding and experience of the Intelligence and/or Security domain(s), key challenges, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud development platforms and understanding of partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Experience bringing new approaches or different ways of doing things to an existing problem space.

Benefits

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year.
  • For specific work locations like San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
