Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance in Python development and automation frameworks, enhancing team capabilities and driving productivity through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and implement performance optimization techniques using Python Flask and Pytest, ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes and coding standards for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews as a consultant, supporting feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, and identifying technical risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare and submit status reports to minimize risks and facilitate prompt resolution of escalations.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of Python Flask for web application development and Python Pytest for automated testing.
  • Solid expertise in SAP automation and associated testing tools, ensuring efficient test automation processes.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices in software development.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in Python Development and testing tools are optional but valuable, such as Certified Python Developer or ISTQB Certification in Software Testing.
