Looking for a passionate JD Edwards (JDE) Finance Functional Consultant to join the Volvo
Penta Digital & IT team. In this role, you'll design, configure, and implement solutions within the
JDE finance module, with good experience in Brazil localization and contributing to the transformation of Volvo Penta's ERP landscape.
Consultant will work in an international, multicultural environment with a highly engaged team,
collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions and meet evolving business
needs.

1.1.2    Mandatory Skills
•    JD Edwards with Finacne functional experience(Financial, Sales, Procurement, Distribution)
•    Well versed with Brazil localization (ex: Tax reform etc)
•    Fluent English speaking and writing
•    Mapping business processes
•    Knows technically the phases of the activities, identifies and guides in solving problems
•    JD Edwards Versions E9.2
1.1.3    Recommended Skills
•    Meet any needs of the customer service support to clarify doubts and correct BUGs;
•    Analyse requests to define functional and how the development will be implemented
•    Ability to interact with business users, understand business processes, and engineer solutions to business problems
1.1.4    Soft skills
•    Very strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, enhancement, and maintenance skills
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Fluent English speaking and writing
•    Fluent in Portuguese (local language of Brazil)
1.1.5    Degree
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
