Seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with mandatory experience in AppDynamics monitoring, WMS Manhattan, and SQL performance diagnostics. Responsibilities

  • Analyze, define, and design technical solutions for ERP product enhancement.
  • Improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and address complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Anchor team meetings for effective communication and coordination.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in AppDynamics Monitoring & Configuration for WMS Manhattan, including setup, agent deployment, and APM components.
  • Strong understanding of Manhattan WMS Architecture & Transaction Flow, including transaction flows, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Strong SQL skills for complex query building and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with database monitoring and performance tuning.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow integration, automated alerting, and incident creation is a plus.
  • Experience with Integrations (APIs, Queues, Batch Jobs) and ITSM Automation is a plus.
