Key Responsibilities
Work as credible advisor of talent acquisition function implementing global and local TA strategy and key priorities.

What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment within the industrial or mechanical manufacturing sector, with a track record of hiring sales and technical roles.
Exposures in managing and implementing the early career program will be a plus.
Strong experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment, with a history of identifying and securing top talent for critical roles.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and candidates.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.
