Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to understand customer needs and translate them into effective software solutions.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and scalable system architectures.
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality application code.
  • Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Optimize applications through profiling and continuous improvement practices.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and reusable components.
  • Produce clear and accessible technical documentation.
  • Participate in team collaboration to enhance development processes and practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align on product development plans.
  • Support and guide team members through knowledge sharing and technical input.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software applications and a solid understanding of programming principles (such as object-oriented design).
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including testing and version control.
  • Experience working with C#, Python and .NET ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Polish.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a globally distributed team.
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with Angular.
  • Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools.
  • Experience using version control systems.
  • Understanding of system design principles and documentation practices.
  • Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies or platforms.
  • Interest in industrial applications or technical domains.
