Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for vendor-facing tools and experiences, translating business objectives into technical requirements and prioritized feature sets.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities that drive vendor adoption and business growth across EU marketplaces.
  • Develop 3-year product strategies aligned with EU INTech and broader International Stores goals.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define technical architecture, make build-vs-buy decisions, and ensure scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive, data-driven experiences.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, retail teams, and regional leaders across EU countries to align product priorities.
  • Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive agile development processes, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Make data-driven trade-off decisions balancing scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives, establishing measurement frameworks.
  • Analyze product performance data, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on insights.
  • Report on product health, progress against goals, and ROI to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, generative AI) and evaluate opportunities.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, providing product perspective on architectural decisions.
  • Build credibility with engineering teams through technical understanding.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to diverse audiences.
  • Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across EU and global teams to drive alignment and remove blockers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
