As a Senior Product Manager for Emerging Stores, you will define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for savings discovery and value communication across emerging markets. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements to launch, and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate savings instruments into a unified, personalized customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term Value CX vision and roadmap for savings discovery and value communication across emerging markets.
- Translate business strategy and voice of shopper into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Create buy-in with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with UX and engineering to develop high-quality requirements, manage scope, and deliver key capabilities.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans, drive adoption, and optimize based on performance metrics.
- Influence Payments, Affordability, Marketing, and global platform teams to integrate savings instruments.
- Drive prioritization of emerging-market requirements in global partner roadmaps.
- Be comfortable generating a 3-year vision and executing day-to-day problem solving.
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
